近日，北京市佛教协会组织教职人员、职工赴贵州进行爱国主义教育、佛教文化交流学习考察，龙泉寺贤川法师、贤伟法师参加。考察团参观了遵义会址、红军总政治部旧址、红军烈士陵园，缅怀伟大的革命先驱。参观了息烽集中营旧址，此地曾为抗日战争时期国民党军统局设立的三所秘密监狱中规模最大、等级最高、关押人数最多的一所。参观了黔灵山上弘福寺及梵净山上的承恩寺等。

Beijing Buddhist Association sent a delegation of clergy people and workers to Guizhou for a tour of patriotic education and exchanges and studies of Buddhist culture rencently, joined by Ven. Xianchuan and Ven. Xianwei from the Longquan Monastery. The delegation visited the former sites of the Zunyi Conference, the General Political Department and the Martyrs Memorial Park of the Red Army to commemorate China’s great revolutionary forerunners. They then visited the former site of the Xifeng Concentration Camp, the largest maximum security prison in both area and inmate population among the three local secret prisons established by the Bureau of Investigation and Statistics (BIS) of the Kuomingtang (KMT) regime during the Anti-Japanese War. The delegation also paid a visit to Hongfu Temple on the Qianling Mountain and Cheng’En Temple on the Fanjing Mountain.
